Terms and Conditions for NZVA Quiz completion draw (“Draw”)

  1. Eligibility
    • The Draw is open to residents aged 18 or older who (A) are attending the 2026 NZVA and NZVNA Conference and (B) complete the questionnaire between 23 June 2026 and 25 June 2026; and (C) provide MSD Animal Health with contact details for the purpose of joining our mailing list, and remain subscribed to receive MSD Animal Health marketing communications at the date of the prize draw.
    • The Draw is not open to employees of MSD Animal Health, its related companies, or their agents, contractors, or immediate families or exhibitors at the 2026 NZVA and NZVNA Conference.
  2. Prize
    • The prize pool consists of nine Frank Green reusable drink bottles. Three prizes will be awarded each day of conference to participants.
    • Winners will be randomly selected by MSD Animal Health following the afternoon tea break on the 23 June 2026 and 24 June 2026, and following the lunch break on 25 June 2026.
    • Winners will be notified via text message by 4:30pm on 23 June 2026 and 24 June 2026 and by 2:00pm on the 25 June 2026. Winner may also be announced through NZVA conference communications.
    • Prizes may be collected from the MSD Animal Health booth during the conference.
    • If the prize is not claimed by 2:00pm on the 25 June 2026, it will be delivered to the winner by a MSD Animal Health territory manager.
    • MSD Animal Health reserves the right to allow or disallow any entry according to the eligibility criteria in its discretion.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
    • Entrants may unsubscribe from the MSD Animal Health mailing list at any time.
  3. General
    • The Draw is conducted by Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited (trading as MSD Animal Health), of 33 Whakatiki Street, Upper Hutt, Wellington.
    • MSD Animal Health reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud).
    • After the prize is delivered, MSD Animal Health is not responsible for use, or failure to use, the prize. All disputes in relation to the prize and its applicable terms must be pursued directly with the provider.
    • MSD Animal Health accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of an incentive. To the extent permitted by law MSD Animal Health is not liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) in any way connected with this Draw.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.
