‘Gear Up and Win’ Fieldays Campaign – Terms and Conditions

MSD Animal Health welcomes you to its Mystery Creek Fieldays site (E85). During the event, and in partnership with Yamaha Motor New Zealand and Hunters Element, we will be running a sales promotion throughout Fieldays (Wednesday 11^th-Saturday 14^th June) as well as a time trial competition with heats at 10am, 11am, 12pm & 1pm daily – see below for details, prizes and the applicable terms and conditions.

‘Gear Up and Win’ Sales Promotion

To generate awareness about MSD Animal Health’s product offering, one customer from Mystery Creek Fieldays will win a Yamaha 2024 Kodiak 450 EPS 4WD Quad Bike and a Hunters Element Rural Range clothing pack.

Qualify to enter the draw by asking us about how MSD Animal Health could benefit your farm and join our mailing list to stay up to date about our product and service offerings. Get two additional entries to the draw by arranging a follow up call with an MSD Animal Health representative to discuss monitoring collars or milking automation equipment for your farm. If you’re ready to purchase, get five additional entries by signing a contract for monitoring collars or milking automation equipment.

The winner will be drawn at random on Friday the 20^th of June 2025 and will win the prize as detailed below. Terms and conditions apply – see below.

‘Gear Up and Win’ Time Trial Competition

MSD Animal Health is conducting a daily time trial at Mystery Creek Fieldays for 5 people at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm – each day. The fastest person each day to get dressed in the nominated Hunters Element rural range clothing items will win!

Qualify to enter the time trial by asking us about MSD Animal Health products and solutions and join our mailing list to stay up to date. Maximum of 20 entrants per day. The person with the fastest time will be announced at 2pm and will receive a Hunters Element Prize Pack (see details below). Terms and conditions apply – see below.

Prize Details:

Four prizes total, one awarded each day of the Fieldays at 2pm. Each prize includes:

1 x Hunters Element Clothing Pack valued at $229.98 incl GST as follows:

Terms and Conditions – Sales Promotion and Time Trial Competition

Eligibility

New Zealand residents aged 18 or older who are not employees of MSD Animal Health, Hunters Element, Yamaha Motor New Zealand or their related companies, or their agents, contractors, or immediate families.
Entrants must complete the web form to join the MSD Animal Health mailing list and remain part of the list at the time the prize is awarded. Access to the web form will be provided at the MSD Animal Health site at Mystery Creek Fieldays (E85). Only one entry per email address is permitted.

The ‘Gear Up and Win’ Sales Promotion begins on Wednesday 11 June 2025 and ends on Saturday 14 June 2025 to coincide with National Fieldays.
The ‘Gear Up and Win’ Time Trial Competition is open for 5 entrants at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025 through to Saturday 14 June 2025.
MSD Animal Health reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and the entrant and to either allow or disallow any entry according to the eligibility criteria in its absolute discretion.

Selection of winners

The winner of the ‘Gear Up and Win’ Sales Promotion will be drawn at random by MSD Animal Health on Friday the 20^th of June 2025. and notified by email within 2 working days of the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of email notification, they forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn by MSD Animal Health immediately. Delivery of the 2024 Kodiak 450 EPS 4WD Quad Bike will be arranged by Yamaha Motor New Zealand by 30^th of September 2025 to a local Yamaha dealership. Delivery of the Hunters Element Clothing Pack for the ‘Gear Up and Win’ Sales Promotion will be shipped to the winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address, at Hunter’s Element’s cost.
The winner of the ‘Gear Up and Win’ Time Trial Competition will be announced on-site at 2pm daily at the MSD Animal Health site at Mystery Creek Fieldays (E85). The Hunters Element Clothing Pack for the ‘Gear Up and Win’ Time Trial Competition can be collected from the Hunters Element Fieldays site (Site No’s F19 / F21 / F23) or alternatively will be shipped to the winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address, at Hunter’s Element’s cost.
All winners may be announced on the MSD Animal Health, Hunters Element and Yamaha Motor New Zealand digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram and website.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

General terms

The Sales Promotion and Time Trial Competition are conducted by Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited (trading as MSD Animal Health), of 33 Whakatiki Street, Upper Hutt, Wellington.
MSD Animal Health may take photographs, videos or other recordings of our Fieldays site, including the Time Trial Competition. While we always endeavour to ask you to confirm verbal consent for our collection and use of those materials, by participating in the Time Trial Competition you give MSD Animal Health consent to use those materials for marketing purposes in connection with our Fieldays presence.
MSD Animal Health reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Sales Promotion or Time Trial Competition with or without prior notice, including due to reasons outside its control (such as in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of MSD Animal Health in all is final and binding.
MSD Animal Health is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may affect participation.
Prizes will be delivered by Yamaha Motor New Zealand or Hunter Element. To the extent permitted by law, MSD Animal Health is not responsible for any delay or loss or damage to the prizes during delivery.
MSD Animal Health accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of a prize.
Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law MSD Animal Health, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the Sales Promotion or Time Trial Competition or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of MSD Animal Health, its employees and agents.
These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.

Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited (trading as MSD Animal Health) (“MSD Animal Health”) will collect, record and use your name, email address, photos and other personal information (“Personal Information”) provided by you through our web form or in connection with the Sales Promotion or Time Trial Competition, for the purposes of conducting the Sales Promotion or Time Trial Competition. MSD Animal Health will collect the Personal Information and share it with its affiliates within the MSD group, as well as with our Sales Promotion and Time Trial Competition partners – Yamaha Motor New Zealand and Hunter Element – for product marketing and promotional purposes. MSD Animal Health may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period).
