‘Win a Compressor’ Terms and Conditions

Visit SenseHub Dairy site #G23 and sign up to go in the draw to win a compressor, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who visit our Field Days site and sign up to the MSD Animal Health “First to Know” email list during the Entry Period (as further detailed below).
  • Entrants are eligible for a prize if they remain part of the MSD Animal Health “First to Know” email list as at the date of the relevant prize draw.
  • The Promotion is not open to employees of MSD Animal Health, its related companies, or their agents, contractors, or immediate families.
  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Period

  • The Promotion runs throughout Central Districts Field Days and begins on 19th March 2026 and ends on 21st March 2026 (“Entry Period”).
  • Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible for a prize.

How to Enter

  • Individuals must sign up for the MSD Animal Health “First to Know” email list during the Entry Period, by completing the online form at www.msd-animal-health.co.nz/be-in-to-win/. This qualifies for one entry into the prize draw
  • Bonus entries will be awarded by MSD Animal Health for any eligible entrant who, during the Entry Period:
    (a) books a farm visit with the SenseHub Dairy team on-site at Central Districts Fieldays, to see how our products could work on their farm (5 bonus entries), and
    (b) signs a contract with the SenseHub Dairy team on-site at Central Districts Fieldays, for any SenseHub Dairy products (10 bonus entries).
  • Entrants will need to consent to receiving “First to Know” communications from MSD Animal Health, New Zealand.
  • Only one entry per email address is permitted.

Prize and selection of winner

  • The prize pool consists of 1 x Dairy PRO 2- 100 model compressor (1-Phase, 3HP-100L), valued at over $2,000.
  • One entrant will be randomly selected to win the prize by MSD Animal Health (“Winner”) at 12pm on Monday the 23rd of March 2026.  
  • Entrants are free to remove themselves from the MSD Animal Health “First to Know” list at any time but only those who remain on the list at the time of the prize draw will be eligible for a prize.
  • The Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the prize draw.
  • The Winner will also be announced on MSD Animal Health digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram and website.

Claiming the Prize

  • If the Winner does not respond within 5 working days of email notification, they forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn by MSD Animal Health immediately.
  • MSD Animal Health reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and the entrant and to either allow or disallow any entry according to the eligibility criteria in its absolute discretion.
  • The prize will be delivered to the Winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address, at MSD Animal Health ’s cost.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

General Terms

  • MSD Animal Health reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of MSD Animal Health in all is final and binding.
  • MSD Animal Health is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may affect participation.  
  • MSD Animal Health  accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize.
  • Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law MSD Animal Health , its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion  or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of MSD Animal Health , its employees and agents.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.

Schering Plough Animal Health Limited (trading as MSD Animal Health) will collect, record and use your name and email address and other personal information (please note some of this information may be personal sensitive information) (“Personal Information”) for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and adding you to the MSD Animal Health “First to know” email list. We may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period). We may disclose your personal information to organisations who assist us and our affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India).
