Terms and Conditions for SenseHub Dairy and Allflex  “The Tag Swap”, Southern Field Days Sales Promotion (Promotion)

The Tag Swap Terms and Conditions

We’re excited to attend Southern Field Days, with Allflex New Zealand at PGG Wrightson site #169 and MSD Animal Health (promoting SenseHub Dairy) at Nind site #136. To celebrate, we’re conducting a “Tag Swap” sales promotion, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who: (a) visit the Allflex or MSD Animal Health (SenseHub Dairy) sites at Southern Fieldays and collect a promotional yellow ear tag (Allflex) or blue ear tag (SenseHub Dairy), and then (b) sign up to the SenseHub Dairy and Allflex “Tag Swap” email list at the site, each during the Entry Period.
  • Entrants are eligible for a prize if they remain part of the SenseHub Dairy and Allflex “Tag Swap” email list as at the date of the relevant prize draw.
  • The Promotion is not open to employees of MSD Animal Health and Allflex New Zealand, its related companies, or their agents, contractors, or immediate families.
  • By entering the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • One entry per tag per email address.

Entry Period

  • The Promotion begins on 11 February 2026 and ends on 13 February 2026 (“Entry Period”).
  • Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible for a prize.

How to Enter

  • Individuals must sign up for the SenseHub Dairy and Allflex “Tag Swap” email list during the Entry Period, by completing the online form at https://www.msd-animal-health.co.nz/SI-Fieldays-competition/
  • Entrants will need to consent to receiving communications from SenseHub Dairy and Allflex New Zealand.

Prize and selection of winner

  • There will be one prize drawn for one winner (“Winner”). The prize pool consists of 1 x SenseHub Dairy/Allflex Gift Hamper (valued at $1000) and a Hunting and Fishing Voucher (valued at $1000). Total prize pool value of $2000 NZD.
  • One entrant will be randomly selected for a prize by MSD Animal Health on the 16th of February at 5pm.
  • Entrants are free to remove themselves from the SenseHub Dairy and Allflex “Tag Swap” list at any time but only those who remain on the list at the time of the prize draw will be eligible for a prize.
  • The Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the prize draw.
  • The Winner will also be announced on SenseHub Dairy and Allflex New Zealand digital channels as well as MSD Animal Health New Zealand’s digital channels.

Claiming the Prize

  • If the Winner does not respond within 5 working days of email notification, they forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn by SenseHub Dairy and Allflex New Zealand immediately.
  • MSD Animal Health reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and the entrant and to either allow or disallow any entry according to the eligibility criteria in its absolute discretion.
  • The prize will be shipped to the Winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address, at MSD Animal Health’s cost.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

General Terms

  • The promoter for this sales promotion is Allflex New Zealand. Allflex New Zealand runs this sales promotion in conjunction with its related company, Schering-Plough Animal Health Limited. In these terms and conditions those companies are referred to as “MSD Animal Health”.
  • MSD Animal Health reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of MSD Animal Health is final and binding.
  • MSD Animal Health and is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may affect participation.
  • To the extent permitted by law, MSD Animal Health is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during delivery. After the prize is delivered, MSD Animal Health is not responsible for the Winner’s use, or failure to use, the voucher and all disputes in relation to the voucher and its terms must be pursued directly with the provider.
  • MSD Animal Health accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of a prize.
  • Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law MSD Animal Health, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of MSD Animal Health and Allflex New Zealand, its employees and agents.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.

Allflex New Zealand will collect, record and use your name and email address and other personal information (please note some of this information may be personal sensitive information) (“Personal Information”) for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and adding you to the MSD Animal Health Allflex New Zealand “Tag Swap” email list. We may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period). We may disclose your personal information to organisations who assist us and our affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India).
