Password Reset Required from 1st of September
for shop.msd-animal-health.co.nz

We are upgrading our platform to offer you a more secure, agile and personalized experience when accessing our password-protected websites, including the MSD Animal Health eShop.

What is happening? On Tuesday the 1st September 2026, we are transitioning to our upgraded login system.

Will my account and orders be affected? Your account details and order history will be maintained. Any orders placed before the transition will not be affected.

What you need to do: The next time you log in after 25th August 2026, you will be requested to reset your password.

As part of this change, please do not reset your password using the ‘forgot password’ link. Instead, please log in with your regular credentials, and you will be prompted to change your password automatically. This step will be necessary to continue accessing all MSD Animal Health protected content and educational resources.

The Pop-Up prompt message which will read as follows:

Thank you for entering your information! We have found your account and are setting it up for you. Due to a technical upgrade, we require you to update your password. You’ll receive an email shortly to set up your new password. After setting your new password, please return to the site you launched your login from to start using your account

• The reset email will come from ahconnectnz@msd.com
• The reset link will remain valid for 5 days.
• Your new password must be:
  • at least 8 characters,
  • contain at least 1 number
  • contain at least one uppercase letter
  • contain at least one lowercase letter
• For your security, we will never ask you for your password by phone or email.
