Injectable antibiotic for beef and swine.
Active Ingredients:
Florfenicol 300mg per mL
Indications:
For the treatment of bovine respiratory disease, footrot and pink eye, and for the treatment and control of swine respiratory disease
Dosage
Cattle:
One dose regime: 2mL/15kg bodyweight s/c (40mg/kg);
Two dose regime: 1mL/15kg bodyweight i/m (20mg/kg), 48hrs apart.
Injection site to be the anterior half of the neck.
Swine:
Two dose regime: 1mL/20kg bodyweight i/m in the anterior half of the neck (15mg/kg), 48 hours apart.
Withholding Period
Milk: Default 35 days. No data is available for use in pregnant or lactating animals.
Meat: Cattle - 28 days; Pigs - 7 days
Not for use in bobby calves.
Available only under veterinary authorisation.
