Intramammary anitbiotic suspension for treatment of clinical mastitis
Active Ingredients:
Cefquinome 75mg (as the sulphate).
Indications:
For the treatment of clinical mastitis in lactating cows caused by Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus uberis, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Escherchia coli and other enterobacteria susceptible to cefquinome.
Dosage:
The contents of one syringe should be infused into the teat canal of each infected quarter immediately following each of three successive milkings, i.e. every 12 hours.
Withholding Period:
Milk: 7 milkings (84 hours)
Meat: 2 days
Available only under Veterinary Authorisation.
