Bovaclox™ Dry Cow
Drying off intramammary for dairy cattle.
Active Ingredients:
Cloxacillin 500mg. Ampicillin 250mg
Indications:
For the treatment of dairy cows at drying off, to treat existing subclinical mastitis and prevent further infection in the dry period. Cloxacillin and ampicillin are active against important mastitis pathogens including penicillin resistant and sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus uberis, S. agalactiae, S. dysgalactactiae, Corynebacterium spp. and E. coli.
Dosage
1 syringe per quarter immediately after final milking
Withholding Period
Milk:Treatment is to be at least 30 days before calving. Milk from the first 8 milkings after calving must be discarded
Meat: 30 Days
